Generally we prefer to print from an Acrobat PDF File with crops and bleed. Sometimes this isn't possible. We do support Adobe's Creative Suite's InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop. It is best to package your InDesign and Illustrator files to include fonts and graphics ready for printing by clicking File > Package. Alternately with Illustrator you can convert text to outlines. It is best to flatten any Photoshop files prior to sending for print. Text created in Photoshop becomes rasterized so it is best to place your image in InDesign or Illustrator and create vector text. If you need to print from Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint please save as a pdf before sending as this should eliminate font issues.

Name Badge Data Merging

We quite often do personalized or variable data printing for name badges. When supplying your spread sheet please be mindful of placing each line you need printed in a separate column and delete any empty rows or columns. It is also important that you watch out for any typos or extra spaces.
